He seemed so healthy, but wouldn't nurse and would hardly eat even from a bottle. Anyway we took him to the emergency room on Sun Dec. 4th and they heard a crackling noise in his heart, ordered x-rays and discovered he had multiple things wrong in his heart (they are calling it Shone's syndrome). They did surgery on Monday the 5th, but he didn't come through it. My husband, Tim, came home a week later, Kristina (my youngest) and I stayed for another month to help Casandra and Matt out. We are all home now, but very difficult to get on with things. He only lived 12 days. Was soooo cute!!! Please read John 5:28,29 also Rev. 21:3,4 It gives us all great comfort. And please sign his guest book.

Plus, my family and I will be moving at the end of September to Fort Worth, Texas. We will buy a home and we plan on staying for a while. My two boys are at that age where they need to be stable. We are excited. My husband will be working for the Corps of Engineers at the Federal Building and working with all Medical Army Hospitals in the United States including Hawaii. Hope everyone is having a great summer. School starts in Sept, so my boys will start here and then we will transfer. I've been looking forward to this reunion for years. I hope I will be able
to attend. I'm still a nurse working at Scripps hospital in cv. I've been
working in the ICU there for almost 20 yrs (unbelievable). I am the proud
mom of 4 great kids, Matthew(17), Daniel(15), Cameron(9), McKenna(9). Life
has been no picnic (sorry to be so depressing). At present my daughter
McKenna is dying from a rare cancer. We found out in March and are not having
much luck at beating it. We are on our 2nd set of chemotherapeutic agents,
radiation starts this week. At best we maybe have 6 months. Her chemo
schedule varies with her health so I am unable confirm attendance at the
reunion. If I am able to make it I will be crashing the party. I'm on family
medical leave at present. She has qulified for Make-a-Wish and she wants to
go to Orlando. Hopefully we will be going in Oct. or Nov. I wish I had
wonderful news to share but I found out after High school that you live life
on lifes terms. I hope you have a great time at the reunion. Maybe I'll get
to see some of you.

I'm still alive & kickin', still married to Chuck (22years now) my two boys are HUGE (6'5", and 6'4"), and I'm still doodling cartoons, on occasion, I even get PAID to draw!
